I’ve been to many dealers and many service departments over the years. That said, Brenda Dunn has to be the kindest, most considerate advisor I’ve ever seen. Her attention to detail is surpassed by none. In this age of turnover ratios with many dealerships, West Hills Ford should be excited and very honored they have someone of her caliber taking care of their customers. I am assuredly not alone in arriving at such a profound statement as this. I was truly blessed to be her client and hope our paths cross again.

My Radiator is leaking in 2 places. I have 51,000 miles on my truck and normal driving and now this radiator leak, I’ve got 60,000 mile warranty on my 6.7 Turbo Diesel and am told my engine warranty doesn’t cover the radiator, I find that unbelievable that the engine can run on air cooling so why not do I need a radiator? If the engine requires the radiator to keep it cool why isn’t covered as part of the warranty? My service provider was the messenger and tried to satisfy me, but not her fault. I’m still pissed and the repair cost was twice the price it should have been.
