Came in because last time I was in to have a new key fob programmed and got home the old one no longer worked. Called to make a new appointment. Super nice scheduler. Arrived and explained circumstances. Was told no problem, we will call you when it’s done. Arrived about 5 hours later. Was told by super friendly customer service lady that she was sorry she had not called, but they were unable to fix the old key fob & that technician would explain. Technician arrived with car and stated the the fob was programmed correctly, but it did not work because the battery was probably dead and it was old. He further stated that he believed that someone must of super glued it shut at some point because he could not open the fob to check batteries. He stated I needed to purchase a new one. I walked out to my car pushed the tab on the bottom of the fob and it opened without problem and batteries literally fell out. I was not happy. I drove to store bought new batteries and it now it works fine. Long story, felt like a complete waste of time. Also felt like somebody may have been too lazy to actually investigate properly. Can’t complain about how friendly the entire staff was. I don’t normally fill these out, but thought it was worth it. Thank you
