Cristoph is a great service rep. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how to get it done. He was considerate of my time and money while working to get my car repaired. He suggested some companies that offer warranty programs that I could look into. His personality is perfect for his job. He was friendly, considerate, knowledgeable, and very helpful. My experience with him has made me a West Hills Ford customer!!

No information concerning shuttle service, I asked four times to confirm appointment date which was still wrong ( I have the appointment card ) , I was told it should take aboutfourhours, I delivered the truck at 0900 and was told "it should be done around 3:00pm", clearly not four hours. Then they called my wife's phone to let me know the truck was ready after two hours. Not my phone. I'm never going to use your services again. I kinda figured after six years it might have changed but I was wrong.

Lexi was very helpful with my new battery. She explained what needed to be done to use the warranty and kept me informed while they had it for testing. She made sure that everything was taken care of.

They tried charging us a diagnostic a second time for the same item. Policy or not, recharging a diagnostic for a power window is absolutely ridiculous. On top of all of the other ludicrous things that were listed needing to be fixed. We have trusted your dealership with multiple purchases and repairs. We were once told we needed new tires when we had just purchased them. Then apologized to for that obvious mistake. Then this time the list of problems we had and to be double charged on a diagnostic is insane. We will not back.
