I had a digital shield installed on my Mustang May19 2020 Tuesday and debris white specks were left under the shield I am waiting for a call from the service rep for Mazda, who rents cars, to reschedule another appointment to fix this do over issue I expect not to be charged for this do over issue Thanks for your time Karen W

Chris kept me up informed on a regular basis about the progress on my car. When it was found that another problem arose in connection conjunction with the first problem, Chris delivered the news that it would cost an additional $2000 (approximately). He informed me of all my options in a very compassionate way. I will return to West Hills Ford because of Chris.

Brenda and John were very nice people ... But unfortunately the service department had my vehicle for 1½ months and I felt they were parts chasing to try and fix also the labor time was exaggerated & padded.. They didn't fix problem and still charged me over $1500... I Will never darken their doorstep again...F-

While I am very satisfied with the service I received, I wonder why it was such a long time to repair my squeaking problem. The current technician was able to identify the problem immediately.

Chelsea Duket, the representative that assisted me today was great. Not only was she friendly and positive throughout our interaction which created a very welcoming environment at your dealership, but she was very professional as well. Prior to turning in my vehicle she explained everything that would be done to the vehicle and explained the inspection criteria. When I returned, she very clearly explained what was done and why along with what was not done and why. My vehicle was vacuumed down and the outside wiped down. Overall this was a great wxperience.
