I was very happy with my drop off and pick up experience. The only thing I was alittle upset about was that I spent nearly 1,000.00 and I didnt even get a vacummed out vehicle! May be something to work on. Thank you.

Staff were friendly and efficient at the front of the house, and the tech in the shop Saved me money on labor charges by being extra efficient. The rental department was also a pleasant experience. Well done to everyone!

Kelsi is the only service advisors I will go to, I have worked with others and she is the only one that has been Courteous and helpful. She explains everything in detail and goes the extra mile to ensure her customers are well taken care of. She seems to be the only person there that knows what she is doing from my past experiences.

The recurring issue forced me to bring in my vehicle. When offering a rental,it should be disclosed as having a cost, otherwise don't offer it
