She was rude to my wife and kept telling her what she did or didn't bring the car in for, didn't return our phone call and couldn't really explain why and what work was being done very well. I still need to know how many miles we need to drive the car before we bring it back in to see where the oil leak is coming from.

My cars transmission was acting up so I brought it in to be looked at aroundend of February. When I bought the car it had 192 miles already on it! I was told that since it had so many miles on it when bought that they needed to set the transmission! So it could get used to my driving,So at that time they did it.for free! I was told to bring it back after I drove it for 1000 miles. Wich is a plausible request even if it was given verbally!. So I brought it in to have the **** looked at like I was told. and covered on warranty! The service department chose to reset it without telling me! My question to you is why should it have been reset it already had been? So I was charged 320.00 for something your company had already done! I was also told that milage racks up on a car when a car is idling I would think this would be against the law since it is supposed to be counted when the wheels turn. When I was charged for the service wrk I started crying I told the women helping me since I paid for it I wanted all paperwork so there would be no mistaking in the future! She threw her mask down on the counter and stated she was having a bad day! ( like I wasn’t!) clearly at that time she should of excused herself and had someone else handle me! Wich she did not. I understand bad days we all have them and I know the lady before me was not nice to her! But even so she should have excused herself for a moment and gotten someone else. Spray from a person spreads quite aways out of the mouth.and even though you had a barrier it had a hole in ,it to we’re spray could still get out! Why should I have to pay for something that was already done to my car and should have been covered by warranty and why should I pay for someone’s bad day!

My daughter had a problem getting help to pick up the car and she tried to pick it up the next day. Everything was paid for not sure why it took so long to get her keys? A question on the diagnostic charge of the hatch back? Why $135 charge for raising and lowering the hatchback? That seems excessive considering we decided to spend our money on the front end.. Doesn’t it seem excessive to you to just push a button and watch the hatchback raise and lower? Sid S
