We made the appointment to complete recalls several weeks out. When we came in we found out they needed to order parts and none of the recalls would be complete. This was not relayed to us. It took 30 Minutes to get our vehicle checked in, even though we had a appointment. The service representative was not concerned about our time that was being wasted. I think the service department wasted their time in scheduling us for a period of time and mechanic. Something should change on the ordering side.
