Colin was very professional and courteous. Clearly explained what was going to be done and when the car would be ready. Called us when it was ready. We were not able to make it to pickup but he was stil ther when we arrived after 4:00 Saturday and got us on our way. Very satisfying experience.

The only problem I have with my visi to West Hills Fox t is my Ford pass points is that I was told that I should get 3 or 4 oil changes with the points but looks like I’ll be lucky to get two out of them. But Mr Arper was very professional.

Upon setting up service I ordered work to be done and a specific parts to be included. When it was time For the service to be done the part was not ordered. Brenda made sure to overnight delivery the part to have the work done in an acceptable amount of time thank you for that

Everyone was extremely helpful al the way through including making my appointment and needing to reschedule it. I was able to get the day and time I needed. Kelsi greeted me when I arrived and explained everything that was being done for my car under the loyalty maintenance program and asked if there was anything that I felt need addressing.. When I told her I wanted to wait outside because of Covid, she even provided me with a chair. The appointment was about an hour as was predicted. The mechanic was great and I appreciated all the care for sanitation that everyone took because because of the pandemic. My car was in great condition when I drove home! I will definitely be back!!

You wasted a half day of my time because your recall information was incomplete and you had to perform a inspection that showed the airbags had already been replaced.

I asked 3 times for them clear my check engine light 3 times. The check engine light is still on. Also, I did not see any fluids tip-off on my sheet as requested.
