First Pam was great in working the issues. I have never had the car serviced with out electronic issues Your tests said the battery needed replacing. Car came in with 1/4 tank of gas, Got it back with reading of low fuel 8 miles till empty. Filled it up and it would only take 12gal to fill the 18gal tank!!. Suspect battery swap was screwed up. We have bought two Explorers from you people and probably the last. If your management really gives a **** about the customer feel free to call me at ****-****-xxxx. Glenn D

They damaged three body panels of my truck during an unauthorized attempt at diagnosing a leak, then attempted to charge me for it. Said they'd remove the charge but I was unwelcome to bring my vehicle back there. Beyond happy to be no longer a customer. After 5 new vehicles in 6 years, and they treat me like this. Now I'm headed to a bodyshop for an estimate. Service manager and writer need different positions if they treat people like this!
