I asked for the drains to be cleared and an oil change. Notified the car b was ready and the bill was $240. I notified my wife to notify the service rep that there was a coupon for the oil change attached to my account. The service rep found the coupon and still charged my wife $240 for the service. I feel cheated

I was told before I came in that my appointment would last 2.5 hours. When I arrived on time I was told to leave my car all day. And that I could rent a car at my expense to leave. This was frustrating and inconvenient. I should have been apprised of this change before I arrived Lexi wS polite and tried to hurry my repair. But the situation was problematic.

Kelsi Schroeder is the service writer I talked to about the repairs needed for my auto. She was very interested in the needed repairs. She saw that the car was done in a timely manner and she kept me informed as to what was needed and how it was progressing. She is a great asset to West Hills Ford and you should be honored that she works there. Rick H
