Kelsi was wonderful. My frustration is why I would wait to do recall work until I needed an oil change so I can kill 2 birds with one **** only to be told the part needed to repair the recall is not available. So basically I still have to schedule yet another appointment to bring my truck in! It is just not practical for me and my husband to have to drive the distance to the dealership so we tried to be efficient. Had I known this would happen I could have planned differently. It’s different when you take a car in and you don’t know what’s wrong, but with a recall you should anticipate the need for a part and have the part on hand. Now I am told the part will be available for 30 days. Not sure if I can make it with-in that time period

Chelsea was quite engaging and she came across very well in terms of assisting the customer. She represented the dealership as a top shelf enterprise. I thought I was working with BMW or Mercedes-Benz. Very professional and thorough going over the service order and ensured I was handled in a timely manner including the time my vehicle would be ready as predicted. Well done!

Kelsi is amazing! It felt so good to be greeted so warmly when I brought my car in the night before. My appointment wasn’t until 1:00 in the afternoon. They got right on it and it was ready for pick up long before my appointment.
