My experience was amazing I had real issues with a tire and it was handled professionally by Colin who was so overwhelmingly busy. He acted in our best interest by figuring the safest and least imposing solution. I love your dealership! All others pale in comparison with your service department. I am a fan! Thank you for today. And thank you for making us feel am safe in this pandemic with wearing masks and distancing.

Issue still not fixed and dealership not being proactive about being thorough and fixing the issue. I will never purchase another Mazda again, simply because of the customer service and service center experiences at several locations.
