Quick service, would prefer some type of acknowledgement of sanitation in my car. I wasn't sure if anyone wiped the car steering wheel and shifter down before exiting my car. Just a covid thing. I stayed in a hotel recently and they put a sanitation tamper seal sticker in the doorjam to prove they were there and cleaned up behind them.

I was able to call and add an additional issue with my vehicle with no gruff. And was provided the option to come pick up my vehicle for the night and bring it back in the morning so as to not leave my husband stranded at work. The service team has always provided us with a smile and explained what was going to be happening as they were working. Never an issue to ask for an update. Thank you guys

Very respectful. Not sure on sanitization. Did not see any evidence that the waiting room is sanitized to prevent the spread of covide19.

Pam went above and beyond. Work very hard for me Spent hours on the phone with insurance co My truck. Was done at the earliest time. I am very happy with the service from Pam again she did a great job. Thank you Pam. You are awesome
