The service was excellent, my service advisor was very helpful. Only one complaint that had nothing to do with the service. I specifically asked for no vacuuming and nothing done inside the cab that wasn’t service related due to the corona virus. When my truck was parked three people got out, since they were training. This was very disappointing since I specifically asked to limit work inside my truck.

Should of just done the oil change and held off on the unnecessary inspection until you were able the get ahold of insurance. Now we are out $400.00 and did not even get any work done to justify the cost.

Everyone was great! Very attentive and went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy. I really appreciate the help that Colin and everyone provided, especially knowing I was pretty agitated and not completely trusting after our purchasing experience at the Haselwood Chevrolet Buick GMC recently. Just right timing, from the time we arrived, he attended on us, did the paper work, offered drink water and coffee and most of all short wait . Satisfied with service today 7/16/20.
