Though my service ADVISOR Pam readily admitted she had no knowledge about what the 2 parts were for she recommended to be replaced at a cost estimate of just over $1,000, she did her best to research those parts further at my request so I could better understand the recommended repair and decide accordingly.

It wasn't Chelsea's fault, but because of a lack of service advisors or the policy that only an assigned advisor can help a customer I had to wait 1 3/4 hours for a simple oil change. Chelsea was busy helping other customers and although my service was completed, it took awhile until she could check me out.
