Colin Arper was quick to find an appointment as soon as possible on the schedule. He communicated with me about technician findings and if I wanted to proceed with correcting problem so maintenance could be completed in a timely manner. Chelsea Duket was really helpful and helped fixed an incorrect quote that I had received from another employee for my service there. She apologized and tried to fix it as best as she could. I greatly appreciated her doing so. She was super friendly and answered my many questions even after my appointment as well as informing about my warranty on my service, which I did not know about. If we weren't moving away from the area I would choose her again as my service person.

I am getting charged for the maintenance of the fuel filters on a f-350 that,I have only owned for six months and I have already paid for a windshield wipe failure inane month after I purchased the vehicle. The truck is supposed to be completely covered.

Pam did a great job of keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle while it was being serviced. Also she walked me out to my car when it was ready. Service I thought was beyond the typical service as usually the key is handed over and you are given a general location to find yourself at most service garages. Appreciated it.
