Service was great, once I was able to set the appointment. HOWEVER,please fix your phone answering system. Do you need more people to take the customer calls??? That was the most annoying experience. I called several times from work and was on hold for 15 minutes. Then I had to hang up because, I was at work and it's a waste of time. Please fix that problem.

Kelsi had my truck in and out in no time. She was fantastic. Unrelated to Kelsi, I only wish in all my years of coming there, I didn’t see so much turnover. I never seem to see the same people. And I miss my former svc advisor who used to help me.

Not only was everyone very friendly and courteous, my vehicle was taken care of promptly and without hassle. In addition, when my vehicle was done I was pleasantly surprised to see Gerardo buffing out some paint transfer on my vehicle just to be extra nice. Gerardo did not have to take time out of his day to care for my vehicle in that way but he went above and beyond for a customer just coming in for a simple oil change. That made my day! Gerardo is amazing!!! He made my visit memorable!
