I have to bring the car back next week. They had to order parts. I just wish it was done in one day or bring it back sooner than next Friday. Fridays are busy for me so I'll have to juggle my plans.

I spent over $1000 in January for breaks and now having issues with brakes. Your company will not uphold the guarantee and fix the problem . You are wanting me to spend another $500 to fix something that should be covered. I am done with this company and will let everyone know never to go there!

I am very happy and very satisfied with the service I received this morning. The young lady who got things started this morning is named Kelsi, and she was extremely helpful. If I was asked for “more information” I would describe her as the perfect combination of friendly, personal, and professional all at once. I don’t know how long we will be living in this area, but for as long as we are here, I will be a returning customer ... and a lot of that has to do with the the welcome and introduction I received from Kelsi.

Everything was great. Would have appreciated my floor mats vacuumed though like other dealerships do (they used to wash it too). But other than that, service was great.

Worst experience ever. Went for a transmission service and they called and said its $3800.00. And it not safe to drive. Ya nice try. Went to tacoma 4x4 and they fixed it for free. Loose nut on my pitman arm. I see why you guys are a ripoff.

I had my vehicle serviced one week before a road trip. Four days after the service, the vehicle began showing messages related to the front camera sensor. The service department told my husband they could not fit us in until September 8.(!) I did not know that, and took the vehicle in Monday morning. Colin was very helpful in getting things taken care of, but when I asked him what I should do if the same codes came on during our road trip, he assured me that I could simply keep driving. “The car would still be safe.” I found this confusing, because the safety features were the ones affected. Colin was helpful, but the experience was not reassuring overall, because my 2019 vehicle was not working properly, I had a road trip planned, and the service department could not offer a timely appointment.

Pam was knowledgeable about the services that were provided to me. She even called to make sure that my family wouldn’t need car rental service, when the repairs to my vehicle ended up taking longer than anticipated.
