She is very thorough, well spokan, knowledgeable. Seem to care about my needs and understands customer service. Best experience I've had in long time. Mechanical with her was very nice and very informative.

I had to keep asking for status up dates about every 3 hours. Starting at 2 pm untilafter 5pm. Was waiting to see if part would arrive, only an hour late (after 3pm) was told it would be in no later than 2pm I had the feeling that someone wanted to keep the vehicle overnight. Not acceptable, since it was in at 11am

$169 diagnostic fee and your mechanic diagnosed nothing! Not one thing is diagnosed in that report. Course of action recommended by your $149 an hour expert is "replace old parts" until we stumble on the actual cause!!!!....

Everyone was so nice and helpful.... Everyone. But I especially give kudos to Cameron for offering excellent customer service. Not only did he help me out, I watched him help other customers. He cares and goes above and beyond typical customer service. What an asset to your team.

Extremely satisfied, Pamela did an excellent job with everything. Only confusion I had was with which noise I was referring too. I called and asked the mechanic to come take a ride with me and they had no issues and then realized I had a serious problem with my turbos.

Had to wait more than 30 min before our work began. then it took 90 min for a simple oil change. No car wash. Then we complained that the vehicle was not vacuumed and the service coordinated said "oh, the vac is broken. Next time I will bring my shop vac. If we ever bring it back there.

I’m satisfied the service this time. I even didn’t expect additional maintenance needed but it took shorter than I expected. Thank you. One thing additional my comment about phone operators when I book the appointment schedule. They are not flexible understanding and feel inconvenient. Just letting you know.
