It was fantastic to have my service completed so much more quickly than I had anticipated, saving me the expense of getting a rental car as I had thought I might need to do because of being unable to sit comfortably for very long. I was told when I made the appointment that it could take 2 1/2 hours, but was promised when I got there that they could have it done in less than an hour, which they did! And the service advisors were great! I was so pleased with how this service appointment went.

I bring my daughters jeep in. Because I was looking for some professionals. To give me some advice on what to do moving forward. Keep the vehicle strong. And most importantly safe. For my daughter. Kelsi was cool but some mechanic screwed the pooch 2 months ago on what the trucks problem was. As a result i just waisted four (repete 4) hours of my time, leaving with same problem i waited 2 months for - as some idiot ordered the wrong part, when the diagnosis could have been made by a kindergarten kid. Front camera doesn't work so they order a rear camera? Sick the QA person on the issue, **** get some value out of that position. In other words, get your **** together!????
