More than completely satisfied. Chelsea Duket was able to work us in for an oil change and service prior to an unplanned road trip. From the moment we stepped into the service department, without an appointment, we were treated by Chelsea like family. She listened to our concerns about repair times and handled the entire situation efficiently and professionally, if we are ever in the area again and have problems with our truck, we would definitely return to West Hills Ford and ask for Chelsea

Staff members weren’t consistently friendly. It’s extremely confusing and irritating to call ford and set an appointment but then when you get there mazda techs are doing the work on your car if it’s not ford. Lastly, you guys charge for snacks. Seriously!

I would go to Chelsea as my service manager every time if I could best service person I have had at west hills ford or parr Ford. She was excellent and great to work with. Kurt Oakland recommended us years ago and 5 cars later we are still coming back

Both the ladies that assisted me during my time at West Hills Ford were excellent. Sorry I didn't get the other ladies name that works in "diesel $ fleet". They worked together to answer all my questions and to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. Both these ladies are very professional and an asset to your dealership. I've had a few issues in the past and was hesitant about returning. These two reaffirmed my choice and quickly built my trust back.
