Filter was leaking when I picked tuck up. Warrantee steering stabilizer bushings are crooked to wear both on and look like they’re going to blow out charged me for warning lights that came on after death wobble caused by malfunction because of Of part that needed to be warranty

Dropped truck off at 7:30 for a 2 hour job(canvas canopy installation) + oil change. At noon, truck was still not ready, with no explanation as to why. I received an email at 2:30 saying it would be another 45 minutes. At 3:45 I called the dealership, and the service advisor I spoke with (not the one I started the day with, she got off at 2:30) asked to call me back in 5-10 minutes. After 30 minutes without a call back, I called again. I spoke to a different service advisor, who told me my truck was ready. When I arrived, the truck was not ready and the service advisors seemed very annoyed with my persistent questioning. My truck was not ready until 5:15, and even then, the installation was not complete. I had to install the 3rd brake light myself! It’s ridiculous that your Service department took all day to do a 3 hour job, and their communication skills are severely lacking. I will not be bringing my truck here ever again.

Unbelievable experience. Quick. The communication was just unbelievable.Told When my vehicle was going to be started. And then when it was going to be done.I would recommend this service department. To anybody. And Colin Arper is absolutely incredible
