However the person who first took my service Phone call the previous week didnt have the parts ordered
Therefore i had to wait until they were requested
was on time for 9 am appointment but took almost 3 hours for an oil change....but everyone was courteous
From start to finish I was completely satisfied with the service. He quoted me a price for the air filter and found it to be a little more expensive. He kept his promise on the original price and bought me a cup of coffee. WOW I can’t be more impressed with this level of service. Great attitude and personality to boot!!!

Everything went as planned
Pamela is amazing and made me feel comfortable while I waited for my vehicle, opened doors for me, walked me to my truck, etc. which I thought was above and beyond. Every person I came into contact with at this location from the front desk woman to the guy behind the coffee counter to other employees just walking through made me feel welcomed and I truly appreciated it. :)
Chelsea was very professional and kept me informed regularly on the progress of my vehicles repairs. I look forward to working with her and the West Hills team in the future.
An appointment was made for a diagnosis in advance, we arrived early
at your Dealership. We waited for almost three hours, when your Representive finally got back to us she informed me that my fuel filter was falling off and previously was installed backwards, as well as many other repairs that where needed. When I questioned here on the fuel filter and wanted to see it she told me I had to wait out front and came back with a picture. Her story then changed from falling off to just installed backwards. FYI, I’m retired now, but for more than 50 years I was in the auto service industry’s, thirty five years of this time was spent as an Owner/Opperator.
I paid my bill and walked out to the truck to actually look at the frame mounted fuel filter, I found it firmly attached to the frame and installed correctly.
I then approached your sales department at your GMC Dealership about a new truck and incentives that GMC were promoting. I was informed by your sales manager that there weren’t any promotions. I then approached three Different Dealers within a five hundred miles radius, all informed that there was a four thousand dollar rebate in place at this time.
I feel that I wasn’t treated fairly, and had I not had the extensive experience and knowledge that I have, I would have been vulnerable to your business model.
I dropped my vehicle off Monday evening for an 8:30am Tuesday appointment and they did my oil change and someone placed my paperwork in the incorrect place and it took another day to complete the main reason I brought it there in the first place. On top of that tell a customer you will call them in the morning at 9am and than come 10:30 am I have to call and figure out why I have received no call and ask what is going on with my vehicle. I already have issues with the Ford dealer sales guys putting me in a vehicle they sworn would pull my 5th wheel and than said they would help fix the situation and never did, now I have issues with this department. I will more than likely commute to Tacoma for my vehicle issues or Port orchard from this point on.

Splash plate on the undercarriage was no reinstalled properly. Only one fastener was holding it on as I drove back to Silverdale. Had to remove it and drive back to dealership to have it put back on correctly
Christina needed help.she was the only one working.she was great but you need more employees!! We all had to wait quite awhile for check in and check out. Poor girl probably didn't get a break all day

Advisers were terrific. They listen to my concerns and address in a timely matter. They call me to save some money on my brakes. I really like that. I would recommend my friends here anytime. Thank you Christina and Colin.
Service was very courteous and complimentary latte appreciated. Cost for programming and acquiring the additional transmitter/key was very expensive (though exactly as was quoted to me previously). I have to still wonder though if it is 100% true that NONE of the “guaranteed programmable” fobs acquired elsewhere (e.g., on EBay) actually has been successfully programmed.
Chelsea showed exceptional professionalism and truly loves her job. I was impressed with her caring attitude and ability to solve my problem with my 2014 F350. I hope to have her help resolve any future issues that I may have.

Brenda was beyond helpful in repairing my car. She understood I was on a bit of a time crunch and made sure that everything was taken care of, she even drove me up to get a rental herself.
Repairs were not properly completed and we will have to schedule a third appointment for the same issue.
