Cameron was great. But I find it super disappointing that I need to bring my $70k Ford Raptor in for 4 recalls that demand it remain in the shop overnight and the cost of the rental car is my expense to cover.

Pam was friendly and described everything to me clearly. She offered the Ford Pass as a means to track services while collecting points valuable for future service and merchandise. She sent texts to keep me informed. She even call to answer a question I had posed when I dropped my vehicle. I would recommend her to anyone. The technician who serviced my vehicle was also helpful. He managed to remove a bike rack from the hitch that I had not been able to get off. They exceeded my expectations!

1) Too far out scheduling for immediate needs. 2) no vehicle washing as courtesy 3) Service for LOF takes too long. 75min ? Customer service rep in drive through was awesome. You need to embrace employees like her.

I don’t understand how service department cannot get obsolete parts or why they can’t get after market parts to fix my car. Other than that my visit was fine.
