They were able to identify the problem and correct it. Other than the covid making the repair take longer longer, I am happy with the work. Chelsie worked hard to help me anyway she could.

The West Hills service from welcoming by Chelsea to receiving the car back was great. I enjoyed the writing desk and work area, the Internet, and the coffee bar. Thanks so much. I like my service advisor Cameron Alameda, he’s very polite , nice, always greets us at our vehicle, makes sure we’re comfortable and have everything that we need, he explains everything that is going to be done to our truck. Thank you for making it a good experience.

Car seems to b running well, Colin was very easy to work with, and he kept me informed on where we were in the repair process diligently. Repairs seemed a bit expensive and I’m bummed there isn’t a loaner/rental car service anymore as my car took 2 weeks to repair so not sure I can use Mazda for repairs regularity as I live in poulsbo. Car heater seems to b running better.
