Chelsea was the best. Despite the frustration of the vehicle being hard to diagnose she kept me informed and made me feel that your company was doing it's best and that it would be fixed properly which the previous shop that tried to fix it did not. She represented your company with professionalism and enthusiasm and made all of you look good.

Kelsi Schroeder walked me through whole process with warranty company from the rental to getting parts. She did lots of leg work. The warranty place was screening me in the rental car payment. Kelsi set me up with that too. She took care of me.

Colin was fine. But I was shocked to learn the plan purchased with the car did not cover the rust spot on passenger rear door because it would require paint. After the several cars purchased from ****, Parr & West Hills this is a Serious Failure to Follow Through on promise made to fix it prior to delivery.
