Bringing my Mazda Cx5 in for servicing was a pleasant experience. Colin Arper is always helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere of his coworkers Rebecca and Cameron, all three has answered any questions and gave suggestions. I also would like to thank the hardworking mechanics for taking great care of my car. All of you are amazing.

I had to bring my car back because after an oil change it was leaking oil. Problem Solved: The tech, Matt, did not cause the leak, but he did fix it. Kept me informed, showed me photos of the reason for the leak. I was very pleased with Service Adviser, Pam Richards. She got my car back in for a second visit right away. My car is a pricey 2019 Shelby GT350 and I’m not looking forward to having the Oil Change team do the next service.

When I checked in I was told my loyalty program would cover the cost of my srvice. When it was complete I was told it expired, Brenda should check before telling customers one thing and setting expectations then telling them something else at checkout. This is the second experince time this has happened with her

I addressed concerns about my rear passenger brakes. And after have the car for a day and performing a diagnostic of the car and an oil change they didn't look at the brakes concern I had.

As always our experience was great. Chelsea went out of her way to help entertain my kids while I switched over carseats. We love servicing our car with her.
