Chelsea was great to deal with! She answered my questions and listened to my concerns. She had pictures taken. However, I have had the van for 2 months. It sits in a parking lot at the post office with 10 other vehicles overnight. So for it to have a rodent problem, is highly unlikely. For the warranty to not cover it, or Ford to cover it, or no discounted fees is unacceptable! My family have purchased more than 5 cars from your dealership. Service though in my vans have been severely lacking! Andrew L

I asked to have a battery post cleaned. What I got was a bigger mess with battery acid/corrosion products carelessly splattered on hoses, wires, metal parts and aluminum engine parts. I pointed this out to EF130 she informed me that the shop only had compressed air but she would vacuum the area. This would have been a complete waste of time as this mess required a deep cleaning which is what I did when I got home. The time I spent cleaning was two hours. At the very least I would like to have my $38.14 refunded to me.

Chelsea did an awesome job. We determined the technicians inadvertently forgot to rotate the tires on my truck. Chelsea quickly, efficiently, and professionally took action to satisfy my concerns. I hope to work directly with Chelsea during my future maintenance visits.

Please enforce mask wearing on guests waiting for vehicles. I was one of three waiting and neither of the other two was wearing a mask correctly (one without, one with a chin diaper)
