Sad to sad to say after spending so much money, my car wasn't even vacuumed. Walmart does that simple little thing with a 20 something dollar oil change. It makes a big difference in how you leave when you pick up your car. Other than that,I was happy with the service.

My vehicle was in for service for 30 minutes longer than I was told it would take. While I understand that such delays can happen, I would have appreciated my service technician letting me know that the job was taking longer than expected and giving me a revised time estimate.

I feel like I wasted 3.5hrs, $330, and left with the same issues. The tech couldn't find what was wrong with my leaking window but "pushed the weather stripping back up" and called it fixed. I've already tried that and suspect my window will leak again on the next rainy day. And the quote to fix the wiring under my heated seat was outlandish to be honest. $300 for parts and $900 for labor. My **** can just stay cold.
