Cameron was very welcoming. He explained everything well and quickly. I like that. The service didn't take as long as I expected and the waiting area is always pleasant. There was a woman who's appears to be the supervisor of the service writers. I don't recall her name but she made my short stay very comfortable.
Service was quick and efficient. Cameron kept checking if I needed any water/refreshments. I felt safe in the waiting room with adequate distancing

Chelsea did a good job keeping me up to date on the service and repairs on my truck. My only problem seems small but it’s an attention to detail item that makes me wonder about overall service! I asked for and paid for a tire rotation. Tires were rotated but tire pressures were not checked and matched/reset. I had 80 psi on the rear tires and 60 on the front. It was that way when I bought this truck 2 months ago. After driving a few miles up the road I got a TPMS alarm. Tire pressure’s were 80 for the front and 60 for the back..So tires were not matched to initial as arrived condition. Someone should have checked this and reset tire pressure. I’m glad I have an air compressor at home. I fixed the tire pressure myself but found this annoying that it had not been done!
My advisor was great and the car was ready on time. My concern is about the quality of work and overall integrity of these service visits.
My tires were replaced in July 2020 [different brand] and only have 2400 miles on them...yet the service report was listed as 8/32 on the tread. My visit in 3/20 they were rated as 9/32 with 10,571 miles. Additionally, the rock chip has never been recorded as damage on any of service at this location. This last service, here was just a line drawn through the Good category...no individual remarks.
Even though the summary of this service does not affect the drivability of the car, it does call into question the quality of work. And, what else is being overlooked?

Ms Dunn was a complete professional she made me feel like I bought my F450 from your store! She told me about 2 extended warranty recalls that I would have never known if she hadn’t told me about them.
Bottom line is Ms Dunn is an asset to your company and she’s worth every penny you pay her!!! I live in eastern Washington, Kennewick and because of the way she did business with me I’ll be back!!!
