Friendly Young group of service members are sincerely trying to meet all the needs of Mazda customers. I hope that product training is on going .. It will make for even better service, and happier team members. Designated cashiers are a good idea. I would step up COVID cleaning stations outside all the dealership entry doors THAT REALlY MATTERS!!!! Some outside chairs would be nice, because of COVID concerns, do all you can to communicate your commitment to customer safety and team member safety . Some neutral music should be good too , it’s a little sterile I’m the dealership. Please do everything you can to be an awesome stand alone brand , serve your own coffee say goodbye to Ford!!!

I came to West Hills Ford because I was not happy with the Ford dealership near me. After a phone call, dropping off the vehicle, another phone call regarding the service and what I requested, then picking up the vehicle, I am very happy I came to West Hills for service. Everything was handled perfectly!! I could not be more satisfied.
