The lady that checked me in at Ford and helped me while the vehicle was undergoing service was very helpful. She spoke to me about some things that the technician brought up that should be done to the truck and she was very polite. The truck was completed in the time frame that she said it would be and everything was completed on the truck that I needed. I was very pleased with the service.

I had my oil changed on wednesday. On saturday, when I was in Seattle, my husband called to tell me that there was oil left on the driveway where my car had been parked, and he asked me to take it to the nearest car repair asap and have it checked out. I looked under the car and could see the oil dripping. The repairman dropped everything to look at my car right away. He said the dipstick had not been put back in tightly. I gave him $50 for his help.

2 hours for an oil change. If it was free it would not have been worth the wait. More troubling is that only 2 service bays were being used and i was the only person waiting.
