I understand that my situation was different. I am sure a recalled motor does not come across the shop often. I appreciate that it was taken care at no cost to me. The part I felt that could have used some improvement was the lack of communication. One time I went three weeks without an update on vehicle. I felt there were times I had to get snippy in order to get answers. I am not that type of person and did not appreciate being put into that situation. I understand things happen. I just wanted to know what was going on. Also the fact that I have owned the car for four months yet it was in the shop for three of those months is disheartening. I would hope that in the future you guys will look into the communication part. It also would have been nice to have received a car in the process to use since it was in the shop for three months and I had to get rides to work daily as well as any errands I had to run. Again I am thankful that my car was taken care of I can not thank you guys enough for that.

Stellar customer service. Wait time was 6 hours. I was offered drinks and checked on. Appreciated the care. My service advisor was excellent. Very personable. She was professional and very courteous.

Called in regards to a water leak to be looked. Was told by lady who answered phone it could be checked when I came in same day for oil change; incase I needed to have window replaced else where since water was getting into my vehicle. Got to check in and gentleman that checked me in told me unless I wanted to leave my car for the entire day, it could not be done because it would require a full diagnostic check- even though you can visibly see where the problem was and could watch the leakage inside- After being told my vehicle oil change was done, I asked a technician how long water testing took so I could schedule accordingly, I was told it takes only about an hour.. a lot of information that seemed either inaccurate or inconsistent.

I was scheduled for oil change and tire rotation. Due to the vigilance Of the mechanics it was recommended that I purchase some additional filters and a new battery. I am pleased that between Pam and the mechanic my Ford Escape is now up to date which will save an appointment in the future. Thank you fir the excellent continuing service for my vehicle

Colin was very helpful explaining the repairs. I appreciate him letting me know that my vehicle was exempt from the recall 20N11 notice that keeps appearing on my Ford App. My only question is why am I still getting the alerts if my vehicle is exempt.
