Pam was great! The service took significantly longer than usual and she was ready with updates periodically so I didn’t feel forgotten. There was an issue with my windshield wipers (because Ford needs fancy windshield wipers apparently) and she tried her hardest to resolve it while I was on site. I love bringing my car here, it’s such a familiar and comfortable process.

Mrs Dunn went above and beyond tonight ensuring I got the service I desperately needed. She went to the garage and found a tech who was willing to stay late and get my oil change done after all the lube technicians left for the day. I have had bad experiences with your dealerships service department in the past but my last two experiences have been fantastic and I recommend west hills ford service department to everyone looking to service their Ford vehicle.
