Pam was great checking me in even though she usually doesn’t do diesel trucks. While I was waiting for the service to be completed, Noah did an awesome job showing me the new features on a 2021 F150. I appreciated that Pam explained a few recommendations for future service on my truck. I will definitely come back to get my truck serviced here. Thanks for a great first experience! -John

Connor provided regular updates as we worked through some TSB and warranty issues. He provided recommended services, which we purchased. I understand he has been in the industry about 6 years and recently came on board your team. He did a tremendous job, from the initial intake and drop off, final payment, walking us out to my vehicle when we departed. Good Job!! Will be back! Danny B

Kelsi was great — no complaints regarding her whatsoever! But I was pretty disappointed to pick up my brand new car back with oily fingerprint marks all over the outer frames of all the doors. They were so prevalent that they didn’t come off wiping with my coat sleeve or going through a car wash — I had to rub them out with paper towels at home and the oil left tiny scratches in the plastic. I’ve had my car for less than a week. And this was on top of being in for service after my entertainment system failed 12 hours after taking delivery of the car.

I pulled right into your garage at the appointed time and was immediately received by my service advisor. She checked me in in a professional manner. My vehicle was ready right on time, as she promised. So...big “thumbs up”!

I was promised free wiper blades last visit and this time I was told they were no longer free. Last time they didn't have them in stock. I take my other Mazda to Tacoma for service and may as well take this one too. Fast service today but disappointed as my wipers should have been changed last time.

If you want a suggestion, in the past, it was always nice when bringing the vehicle in for service, that it was always vacuumed and washed before returning to the owner. I sure do miss that little extra customer service.

Conner is very professional and polite. I have one recommendation: I didn’t realize my lights were turned off when I started my trip back to Bainbridge Island at 5:15 pm. So I was driving down the highway with my lights out in the dark. Sorry to admit, I didn’t know where the light switch is, so I had find a place to pull over and look at my manual. I suppose the mechanic turns off the lights while working on the car in the shop. Probably be good to turn them back to automatic-on so those like me won’t have an accident. Thanks for asking.
