I'm totally satisfied with my service experience.Chelsea was very professional, kept me updated what they were doing and how long it was going to take. I've been to other Ford dealers that they usually have have me drop my vehicle off and call 4 to 6 hrs later telling me that they are done. I waited about 1 1/2 and they were done. Thanks West Hills Ford for taking care of me.

My wife waited for 20 minutes for someone to help her there was several people in line someone finally showed up and asked whom was next ( my wife was next ) she spoke up and the guy ignored her and helped another couple. After waiting for the guy to get done with the other couple he didnt know what she was in for and started to ask a bunch of questions ,ALL OF THEM WERE ANSWERED ONLINE WHEN I BOOKED THE APPOINTMENT! Then she was told that her 12: 30 appointment ( good thing she went in really early) qill not be done until 2: 30 FOR A LUBE OIL FILTER AND ROTATION???????? last time i checked that only took about an hour with a slow tech . Like the techs there and dont like the writers at your competition in port orchard but i might have to reconsider. If i book online i should be able to send ANYONE IN AND GET HELPED WITHOUT ME GETTING A CALL TO SEE WHAT SERVICES I WANTED!!!! NOT A GOOD WAY TO KEEP CUSTOMERS.

I have three tires that are michelin and one that is goodyear. I checked my tires recently and it appears they were not rotated despite the fact I payed for it.
