Very nice and professional. The waiting area was clean and thanks for the wi-fi, it made my time go by quickly. They stated an hour to hour and a half but it was only 45 minutes.

I was not happy with the car rental do to length of time you had my truck. I spent over 1000.00 dollars and couldn't even get my truck vacuumed as you said you would.

Found the unaffected headlight dangling in the engine bay. Drove home with no headlights because your techs are not thorough. This was unacceptable.

My only complaint was when I called to get an appointment they said there was no availability. So I went online to schedule service, and there was availability within a half an hour. Otherwise, the service writer did an excellent job and took care of me.

Since my husband died I always dread the car maintenance..., but it was a wonderful experience today and EVERYONE treated me like I was the only customer out there .... and that wasn’t the case. It was a very busy day!!!!

Condition of vehicle when job was completed by very poor. My truck has brand new leather interior and carpet. When I arrived to pick up truck there was grease on my passenger side seat, dash, visor and carpet, vehicle also wouldnt start due to dead battery because technician left something on. It took 4 attempts of picking up vehicle before it was clean. I arrived Monday Jan. 18th in the evening to pick up truck. Due to condition of inside of vehicle I brought my regular mechanic with me to check over work under hood. At that time we discovered coolant to be low, A/C high and low caps missing,and aftermarket exhaust brake not properly reinstalled. We then closed hood and with the night moisture on vehicle we were able to see that my hood was covered in greasy finger prints. Needless to say Im not happy with the condition of my vehicle and the service that we received
