It was a very pleasant experience. The service was fast and informative and the free latte was a hit with me. It’s the small things. The only suggestion I would have is a Covid thing. The chairs in the waiting area are not all situated 6 feet apart and I had someone sit next to me and I could touch her if I had wanted to reach over. The chairs are six feet across but not six feet away side by side Thank you

Great follow up from Collin. Had a few hiccups with booking my maintenance online. Collin reached out and got everything back on track. Actually he was able to get me the day I actually wanted. I do like the convenience of booking online but, I trust Collin to get the appointment that I need and make it happen. He is my new go to guy.

By far the best experience I have had when dealing with auto repairs. Connor was great from drop off to pickup, keeping me updated and informed with friendly phone calls throughout the process. Our car ended up being there much longer than anticipated, Connor took care of everything from making sure our rental kept getting extended to walking me out to my car when it was done. Over the top customer service, job very well done.
