Brenda is a great person helpfull polite and knows her stuff. I honestly bring my vehicle there becouse of her, i know i will get the best service thanks to her. She really does deserve a raise.

This visit was unlike any other. Staff turnover was 100%. No one seemed knowledgeable, or caring of inconvenience, cost or provided options. In my life I have only had good experiences at three dealership. This had included this one. The attitude and atmosphere was Markedly different than any other visit. I may not be coming back. Please take that as a significant statement. You had my complete trust until yesterday. Was yesterday the new normal- or a fluke?

Went in at 1:35pm for oil change at 3:15 I was still waiting. A service rep (not mine)checked on my car after my asking about it. Also paper work states I declined recommended work but that's not correct

Brenda was knowledgeable, professional, organized, thoughtful, and held prefect communication throughout the process. She is the only reason I felt confident with the repairs. I had been there a few times before and was really not impressed with the service, but from here on out, I'm only seeing Brenda. Give her a raise!

Small waiting area, walked through the rain to get to the Ford building to sit. Also, no snacks/drinks? The only Mazda dealership I’ve seen across five states like this.
