When I picked up the car the tech had left their drink from dairy queen in the cup holder. Only 3 of tires are the same with the 4th being a different brand. Also it was marked my that my battery I bought from you back in August is already failing and there was no discussion about that

There was confusion,at mazda today, I got a call yesterday that I had an appointment. I arrived for my appointment and there was no record of it. I had do wait until a second person showed up to find my appointment. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE AGAIN

Kelsi was fantastic. She was nice and patient the whole time and made me feel really valued. However 3 times I stopped by the dealership while my car was there, and each time, my car had been left unlocked outside. Bremerton isn’t exactly what I would consider a safe place to leave nice cars unlocked, regardless of there being items of value inside. My car also came back with scratches in the paint that weren’t there before. And, for the second time now, the service folks forgot to reset the tire pressure sensor before giving me back my car. The fact that I’m leaving with the sense of “what else am I going to find is wrong” rather than feeling confident in the service I received, is a serious bummer.

My Flex is use as a dog car, it was the only vehicle I could find, that had power and looked good hauling 3 very hairy Irish Wolfhounds. They weighed in at about 170 lbs each. Having explained that, you can imagine how much hair that is. Colin had some unfortunate person vacuum that very hairy car. That went above and beyond. Not to mention his care in keeping in contact with me and his kindness.
