after I left the dealer service department my check engine light came on and my truck started missfiring, go figure I take my truck to a dealership and boom it's having more issues now, I should have just did the recall myself, also worst ziptie job I have ever seen, I wish I could add pictures of this ****, now I gotta figure out what the dealer **** up this time... figures...

The service writer that handled my service was better than excellent. It was a pleasure to bring my vehicle to West Hills Ford for service. Brad was my service advisor and he did a superb job handling my vehicle and making sure my wife and myself were completely satisfied with the work that was going to be done on our vehicle. I am returning with another of my vehicles in a couple weeks for more work to be done. Thanks for having excellent service advisors, mechanics, sales man and support staff.
