your team was awesome in the fact that they were able to get me an appointment to service my 2016 f350 diesel. But was told after the fact that they didn't fill the D.E.F. tank in the service , because when I purchased the vehicle, a year ago from WHF, I prepaid for services and the DEF was not part of it. So I guess prepaid service doesn't cover all the vital fluids. WEIRD

Stacy has been helping me with an ongoing tailgate problem with my 2014 flex she is very professional and very helpful and in keeping me informed on what is going on I can see why West Hill Ford and Mazda would have people like this on their team it shows commitment and that they care about their customers thank you

Howard was great. One thing I dislike is it takes 2 hours for an oil change, I do not feel at all received when arriving, I had to stand around for at least 5 minutes until someone asked if I needed help.

I was completely satisfied with the service by all personnel I encountered - Howard, Kelsi and Michael! 5 stars to all and no improvements needed! See my detailed notes in google review. The physical facility was less than optimal, compared to service centers I've used elsewhere. It felt disorganized and congested, contributing to longer wait times, in my opinion. But not fault of personnel. Just need better designed building. Details in google review. Overall I will continue to use West Hills Mazda and recommend to others. Thanks to all.

I was very happy with my experience! They really took care of me @ West Hills... I called in the morning & was able to get an appointment that same day! Then, the oil change took less time than originally quoted. Stacie came and got me personally when they were all done. Thank-you!
