Mr. Bakker was very courteous and reviewed everything that is covered in my National Vechicle Service Contract. He told What would be checked today and whe the work was finished he explained the service that was done on my Focus. Kelsi was helpful too in introducing me to a very knowledgeable salesperson who showed me a 2014 Focus. I was able to test drive this beautiful car. I also met the sales manager who was courteous and answered my questions. Although I didn't Decide to buy a car at this time everyone treated me professionally and I will Return when I am ready to buy a car and check with you again. Thank you. Carol W
