It takes 2 hours to change oil and rotate tires--I always spend way too much timw here. Service reps are nice, but I have been told there are no parts to replace my airbags when I am getting notifications in the mail not to use my front passenger seat! I do appreciate the complimentary coffee, water, and carwash

Phones were not answered well. One number we used went straight to a hold pattern. Not even a west hills Mazda recorded greeting. Original information we gave to the appointment scheduler was not passed on the the service advisor. He said it could not be located. Our car was brought in by tow and it apparently sat there all day because no one had any info. If the appointment scheduler had taken the VIN number or the tow people had known my name to give to the service advisor problem would have been avoided.
