Definitely not Bryan’s fault, just happened that my truck was missing and continued to do so after I picked it up. Tech had found a few things and believed to have resolved my problem, just wasn’t the case. Bryan offered to forgo diagnostic charges since it had just been inspected in the interest of keeping me a happy return customer and understanding that this is my daily driver having already waited a week for the appointment and losing my vehicle for two days and having to return again for the same issue. Empathetic, understanding, and professional, still happy with Bryan’s efforts even though I’m still working towards a fix for my F150.

This was my first time at West Hills Ford. It was a spur-of-the-moment decision as I was having trouble with the wipers on my Ford Focus, causing them to bind and unable to function safely during the light rain. I WAS VERY IMPESSED AND APPRECIATIVE with Brad's assistance! Brad listened carefully to the information and diagnosed the problem. The wipers needed to be re-synced. He got me right in - even though I hadn't made an appointment. Everything got completed and I left feeling much safer than when I arrived. Brad also listened as I explained my continued transmission issues, which are getting continually worse. He advised me to scheduled an appointment with Cassaundra's help to evaluate my transmission. I should also mention that while I was talking with Brad a very angry (probably senile?) customer walked in and started raging and cussing at Brad. Brad did a superb job handling this very unreasonable man. I worked with the public for years as a school administrator. I was very impressed with how he and others handled the unfortunate situation. Kelci Schroeder showed me around and we talked several times while I waited for my wipers to be fixed. She certainly does her job well and provided several bits of helpful information. My first experience at West Hills Ford was one I highly appreciate because I got the help I needed and I left very much feeling that your dealership and its employees are knowledgeable, helpful, but most of all caring. I was asked, if Ford was able to get my part the next day, could I leave my car. I said yes, I did not hear back after that, I called the next day to get an update, for three hours I tried getting ahold of anyone in service. Finally told the front desk lady to get off her **** and find me someone. Still did not get a service person, but gave me an update my part was a day late. Waited tell the next day, same thing happened, an hour on the line with no update no response. The third day I went in to find my care still was not done but my part had come in and that it would only be an hour. It took two hours! Horrible service. Just hire more service phone people and this wouldn’t have been an issue, instead you only have two people in service who know what is going on, but you can’t dven get a hold of anyone. It’s rediculous

Communication was very limited with no info on time frame for completion. No estimate on cost or courtesy of a rental while our car was unavailable for 2 weeks. Continued calls were never answered and no voice mail or call back. We expected more and unfortunately West Hills will have to earn our business back for any future purchases.
