In and out in good time. All services complete Mr. King is a great service manager. Wish your company still did car washes. The wash coupon didn't work because the wash was broke. Live in Kingston and too far and out of way to just run down and get it.

Great dealing with Peter. He is now working with getting the back of the driver's seat fixed because the plastic has detached from the seat and is fastened to the seat with duct tape. Peter said clips need to be ordered. Waiting for an update.

The only issue I have with West Hills Ford is it’s difficult for the customer to determine where exactly to check-in in the receiving area and which service agent to talk to/wait for.

I started with Howard and I heard part way through he no longer worked for Ford. Then when Bryan went over the work that was done je explained evrrything just fine. He was very thorough and I was satisfied. Apparently more work was done than I anticipated. So far everything seems fine. I haven't tried the CD yet
