Finally it seems my 2015 Ford Focus' transmission is working without sounds, sputtering or dangerous down-speeds in intersections. Apparently the newly designed clutch has ended a 3-year problem that was never fixed. While it's only been a few days since the repair has been made, and due to the 3-year battle to get it working correctly, I am apprehensive to actually believe it has been permanently fixed. I worry it will start acting up again. But for now things are good. I am appreciative of Bryan King and his team that made the problem go away (hopefully).

My vehicle is still experiencing the same whistling noise that I needed Mazda to fix. I have not had my car for more than 20 days and the quality control techs were still not able to deliver a fixed windshield after it was broken by mistake. I bought a brand new car to not have to deal with problems like this. I would have expected the quality control team to detect that the problem still exists. I expect to get this issue resolved completely. Even though Roger has been a great help, I expect him to resolve this annoying issue.

It would have been nice to not have to wait to pay and get my keys back. I would appreciate it if when I arrive anyone available Could have helped instead of having to wait almost 10 min.
