Was there over 3 hours today. After being told that I needed to replace two tires and that they were in stock, I waited another hour to be told that you were wrong and you didn’t not have them in stock. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes to have my tires put back on. Once my car was driven back into the bay I still had to wait to get my keys. Super irritated. Terrible customer service, will not be returning and I don’t care to be contacted. I’ll take my business back to Toyota.

Service took 4 hours instead of “2” Not the first time either. In fact, I could easily just multiply any time estimate by 2 and get closer to the actual time.

Every encounter with this dealership has been great. All of the people involved have been helpful and pleasant, even remembering me on another visit! The only disappointment is that I mentioned the friend who recommended us to West Hills, Leslie Hoyt, and it did not seem to go anywhere. I hope she gets some credit. We've had a super experience with you all!

Stacy was on top of this all the way. Marco the sales rep was absolutely wonderful working with us on a rental car and the repairs to the Ford **** ZX2. It no longer leaks anywhere. Thank you for all the help with this issue. I have told the people at work who were very impressed and want to talk to Marco regarding a use car purchase. Thank you to everyone who worked this issue for us.
