I stood in the gag rage waiting for an advisor to acknowledge I was waiting. I stood there for 9 minutes (yes, I did time it because my last service I stood there for about 5) anyways, I stood there for that time while looking at an advisor stand there with another guy and BS for at least half that time. So after I finally got someone to help me, my service went fine.

I was happy with the overall outcome, but was not happy with the path to complete the service. I dropped my vehicle off at 1100 and received no updates until I stopped back by at 1630 to check on the car. I responded to the email that gave no information on vehicle status and called and left a message that was never returned. Also an hour after I picked the car up I received a call the car was ready. The advisor didn't even know the car had already been picked up. 5 hours to get a tire patched isn't a big deal, but no updates or return phone is not good service at all. That was on top of calling the day before and Brian telling me bad information on my extended warranty coverage. Not impressed at all.
