Stacie was great in every way today. However, I must say that I was a little put off this morning when I first dropped off my car with Bryan I believe. He was not welcoming and I felt as tho I disrupted his morning. No greeting, no thank you, no politeness at all. I was pleased to have the chance to work with Stacie and happy when she phoned me to provide an update. I will contact her for any future needs! Thank you!

My service advisor, Cole Thompson, was amazingly competent and friendly. He was able to help me select the right required service, without trying to up-sell me. The annual service was done really quickly for a reasonable price. The dealership provides everything you could possible need to make the time fly. Thanks again to Cole and the whole West Hills Ford-Mazda team!!!

It’s become more expensive to change oil and rotate tires in the last two years. I’ll keep doing it there to maintain the records, but I miss the Pre- West Hills days. BTW, I had the cabin air cleaner replaced and found a screw on the floor. I put it back. I’ll do it myself next time.

The staff were friendly, courteous and totally professional. They were able to get to my truck more quickly than I had hoped, the repairs went just as fast, and my truck is once again running like a top. A wonderful job all around! I will be back for future service.

My first visit to west hills Ford as a newcomer to the state. John communicated the status to get the decision to spend the $1850. When I picked up my he truck Johnintroduced me to the technician that worked on my truck. She was very friendly and complimented the truck. My service writer tried selling me wipers I didn’t need ( nothing wrong with them) and a new air filter that I just had changed on my last oil change that didn’t need it. I get trying to upsale a customer but it should be on items actually needed.. The service other wise was fine and appreciated him offering me a free ride back to my place of work by shuttle at no charge. My warranty recall work I felt was done in a timely fashion.

We arrived for our appt which I had confirmed earlier in the week. They did bot have us on the schedule. They figured out how to fit us in. Gave us 2 hours for estimated time. We returned over 4 hours later, car was bot finished and an $85 bill for alignment. The service rep said the young man that helped in the AM forgot to give us an estimate. We should have been contacted prior to a service that was going to cost as all we asked for was an oil change and recall to be fixed.

Last time I came for an oil change they vacuumed out my car, they didn't do that this time but it's ok, other then that I had a good experience with Stacie and she was very polite.

Everything went well, except when the tires were rotated the pressure was. Hanged accordingly but the custom RAM valve caps were not put back on the valve stems.
